TOTALED: Detective Jill Rife of the Cass County Sheriff’s Department assists in the investigation of a two-vehicle crash this morning at Cass County roads 500S and 700E by taking some photographs. The crash happened when a 1994 Camaro driven by Michael Sency, 16, Logansport, pulled out in front of an eastbound 1995 Chevy pickup truck driven by William Martin, 53, Logansport. The collision sent Martin’s truck into a guy wire, which resulted in two utility poles owned by Cass REMC being knocked down. The crash caused a power outage in the area. The accident is being investigated by the Walton Town Marshal’s Office. Neither driver was injured.
