Morgan, 23, Logansport, was exiting the Taco Bell drive-thru and merged into the north turning lane of East Market Street when it struck a stopped vehicle driven by Barbara A. 4:22 p.m. — Property-damage accident, South Cicott Street, north of Ind. 25 North. A semi-tractor trailer driven by Jason McGrady, 26, Benton, Ark., missed a turn and collided with an overhead railroad trestle. LPD.
6:14 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Ind. 25, south of Cass County Road 175W. A vehicle driven by Curtis L. Hillenburg, 42, Delphi, struck a deer. CCSD.

12:15 p.m. — Personal-injury accident, East Market Street and Logansport Mall entrance. A vehicle driven by Breanna L. Townsend, 18, Mexico, struck the back of a vehicle driven by Linda S. Fitz, 45, Logansport. Fitz complained of back pain. LPD.
4:55 p.m. — Property-damage accident, U.S. 35 and Main Street. A vehicle driven by Eric M. Miller, 30, Peru, struck the back of a vehicle driven by Emily R. Burke, 29, Kokomo. Burke was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. LPD.
5:09 p.m. — Arrest. Geoffrey W. Lee, 24, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended. LPD.
5:57 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Logansport Road, east of Division Road. A vehicle driven by Judy D. Carney, 62, Logansport, struck a deer. CCSD.
8:05 p.m. — Property-damage accident, 3400 block of East Market Street and Marleton Road. Vehicles driven by Shawn P. Rhine, 29, Peru, and Alberto Sebastian, 15, Logansport, collided. Sebastian was cited for operator never licensed. LPD.

10 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Cass County Road 800W, north of 100N. A deer ran into the side of a vehicle driven by Jeffrey D. Stanton, 40, Logansport. CCSD..
3:14 a.m. — Arrest. Joseph W. Smith, 41, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. LPD.
12:51 p.m. — Theft. Danielle J. Highley, Logansport, reported someone attempted to remove a stereo from her vehicle while it was parked at the bowling alley. Approximately 72 CDs and a digital camera were taken. LPD.
5:07 p.m. — Property-damage accident, High and 10th streets. A vehicle driven by Ana Maria Lopez, 26, Logansport, pulled out in front of a pickup truck driven by Craig Cress, 35, Lucerne. Both vehicles were able to stop before colliding, however, when Cress slammed on his brakes, a go-kart in the bed of his truck slid into the cab section of the truck, causing damage. LPD.
