11 a.m. — Property-damage accident, Royal Center Pike and Fredrick Street. A vehicle driven by Lisa A. Goodwin, 36, Kewanna, was making a turn into the gas station and collided with a vehicle driven by Adriane A. Parcel, 26, Winamac, who was trying to go around. Logansport Police Department.
11:59 a.m. — Arrest. Julio C. Magana, 20, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of illegal consumption. LPD.
2:35 p.m. — Criminal mischief. William J. Harts, Logansport, reported the paint on his vehicle was scratched. LPD.
2:53 p.m. — Property-damage accident, U.S. 35 South and Cass County Road 600E. A vehicle driven by Howard D. McCoy, 93, Logansport, collided with a semi tractor-trailer driven by Aaron M. Link, 35, Winamac. In an attempt to avoid the collision, Link made a right turn onto 600E, thus colliding with a vehicle driven by Alven R. Prough Sr., 85, Walton, who was stopped at the stop sign. 2:53 p.m. — Property-damage accident, U.S. 35 South and Cass County Road 500S. A vehicle driven by Howard D. McCoy, 93, Logansport, backed over a stop sign while turning around following a previous collision McCoy had been involved in at 600E and U.S. 35. CCSD.
3:50 p.m. — Property-damage accident, 10th Street, south of East Market Street. Agnes E. Kroft, 80, Logansport, reported she was turning into the U.S. Postal Service drive to drop off her mail when she was unable to turn her steering wheel in time to go around the curve. The vehicle traveled straight and went over a curb, hitting two electrical outlets and two parked U.S. Postal Service trucks. The impact then forced one of the parked trucks into a third parked truck. LPD.
