BROOKSTON — A Delphi man was ejected from his motorcycle Sunday evening and later pronounced dead at a Lafayette hospital.
At approximately 6:30 p.m., Carroll and White County E911 received a report of a serious motor vehicle accident.
The Carroll County Sheriff’s office, along with the White County Sheriff’s Department, Delphi and Monticello Fire departments and Carroll County EMS and Paramedics responded to Carroll County 1300W, also known as Springboro Road, near the intersection of 425N, also known as Tecumseh Bend Road.
Jerry Laswell, 42, was the driver involved in the accident. Laswell was ejected from his motorcycle and sustained fatal injuries.
He was transported to Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Lafayette via ambulance where he was later pronounced dead.
