10:35 a.m. — Burglary. Richard L. Phelps of Peak Community Services, Logansport, reported someone broke into a shed containing aluminum cans and removed approximately $200 worth of cans. LPD.
11:06 a.m. — Arrest. Brandon J. Belzer, 20, Monticello, was arrested on two warrant charges of failure to appear. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.
2:10 p.m. — Property-damage accident, East Main Street, east of Burlington Avenue. A vehicle driven by Noreen B. Morgan, 63, Logansport, went off the roadway and struck a sign when Morgan’s attention was diverted. LPD.
2:25 p.m. — Criminal mischief. Terry E. Marks, Logansport, reported pry marks on the door to his apartment. Nothing was reported missing from his apartment. LPD.
2:48 p.m. — Theft. William R. Wilson, Twelve Mile, reported his storage unit at Sholte’s Storage on East Main Street was broken into and all of his stored belongings were removed. Among the items missing include a log splitter, boat trailer, canoe, wheel barrel, kerosene heaters, hand tools, a dresser, pedal tractors, clothing and other miscellaneous items. LPD.
8:36 p.m. — Personal-injury accident, Ind. 17 North and Northern Avenue. Vehicles driven by Brett M. Rush, 21, Logansport, and Ted O. Musselman, 37, Lucerne, collided, causing Musselman’s vehicle to roll. Rush complained of head pain and was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated. CCSD.
11:12 p.m. — Arrest. Nicole M. Ryan, 22, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. LPD.
11:43 p.m. — Arrest. Dixie L. Hoagland, 50, Logansport, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. LPD.
12:13 a.m. — Theft. Katherine A. Garten, Peru, reported a window broken on her vehicle while it was parked at Tyson Foods, Logansport. A radar detector, Ipod, and a soft air semi automatic pistol were removed. LPD.
