A Logansport woman is being held on a $2,000 cash or $10,000 surety bond at the Cass County Jail today after being charged with felony intimidation.
At approximately 12:04 a.m. Friday, Brittney Gellinger, 35, had entered the residence at 1318 High St. without permission and with a knife in hand, according to the Logansport Police Department.
She was arrested at the scene and transported to the jail. On Friday, a hearing was held in Cass Superior Court 2, where Judge Lisa Swaim found probable cause for the arrest and Level 5 felony charge of intimidation.
Swaim also granted the State’s request for a no-contact order, which permits Gellinger from going anywhere near or speaking with the victim in any format.
Gellinger’s initial hearing will be held at 8 a.m. Monday in Cass Superior Court 2.
