Visiting author: Local history writer W.C. Madden will be visiting from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Program Room at the Monticello Union Township Public Library. The program is free and open to the public. Lucia Maya Prints: Prints of works by world-renowned artist Lucia Maya provided by the Cass County Community Foundation will be on display at the Logansport Art Association throughout the month of May. A reception to meet the artist will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the association. She will be meeting with local art students and touring local places of interest during her stay in Logansport.

Circus: The Wild Animal Circus will be at the Cass County 4-H fairgrouds featuring animals from around the world. The circus will be at 5 and 7:30 p.m. Tickets will be $6 for kids under 12, $8 for students and seniors and $12 for adults. No charge for infants.
