Jose Manuel Gonzalez, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of stolen property, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gonzalez was ordered to pay $364 in costs.

Leroy Alexander Williams, 32, Logansport, pleaded guilty to domestic battery. Williams was sentenced to six days in the Cass County Jail and one year probation. He also pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement. He was sentenced to six months probation, to be served consecutively with the first count. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs, complete domestic violence classes, and $75 restitution to the Easy Pawn. He received three days credit.

Ethan Adam Watkins, 21, Galveston, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Watkins was sentenced to one and a half years probation. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and $155 restitution to Walmart.

Edwin J. Bardell, 39, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 90 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance. Probation was ordered to continue. He received 10 days credit.

Robert C. Schoff, 50, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Schoff was sentenced to 90 days on in-home detention and nine months probation. He was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days plus one year for refusal. He received one day credit.

Thomas Roseberry, 31, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 32 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of domestic battery. Probation was ordered to continue. He received 16 days credit.

Brett Michael Rush, 26, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 394 days in the Department of Correction on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance, escape and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person.

Richard Hill-Carrico, 39, Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hill-Carrico was sentenced to 180 days on in-home detention. He was ordered to pay $214.50 in costs. His license was suspended for 365 days.

Patrick Woodruff, 32, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Woodruff was sentenced to two years on work release. He was ordered to pay $314 in costs and complete domestic violence classes. He received 165 days credit.

Nathan Truman, 29, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with a alcohol blood level of .08 or more, pursuant to a plea agreement. Truman was sentenced to one year probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days. He received two days credit.

Iby J. Sanchez, 27, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sanchez was sentenced to six months probation. He was ordered to pay $214.50 in costs. He was prohibited from getting a license for 90 days.

Judith Ann Abney, 45, Idaville, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Abney was ordered to pay $464 in costs.

Maria Arias-Alcantara, 42, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Arias-Alcantara was sentenced to one year probation. She was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs. Her license was suspended for 180 days.

Corinna Shaw, 40, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with an alcohol blood level of .15 or more, pursuant to a plea agreement. Shaw was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail and one year probation. She was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for 90 days.

John Williams, 22, Lake Cicott, pleaded guilty to child molesting, pursuant to a plea agreement. Williams was sentenced to three years in the Cass County Jail, five years work release and two years probation. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received 482 days credit.

Roberto Gonzalez, 34, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gonzalez was ordered to pay $264.50 in costs.

Gustavo A. Arriola-Mejia, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Arriola-Mejia was sentenced to one year probation. He was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended 180 days.

Michael Raymen, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Raymen was sentenced to one year probation. He was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days. He received one day credit.

Victor Helvie, 58, pleaded guilty to child molesting, pursuant to a plea agreement. Helvie was sentenced to 20 years in the Department of Correction. He was ordered to pay $364 in costs. He received 1,138 days credit.

Stephen Sutton, 43, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sutton was sentenced to one year probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 30 days and restricted for 180 days.

Jose Cataleno Valencia, 38, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Valencia was ordered to pay $264.50 in costs.

Christopher Gaumer, 29, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gaumer was sentenced to one year probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Humberto Guillen, 34, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Guillen was ordered to pay $364.50 in costs.

Sebastian Martin Sebastian, 34, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sebastian was ordered to pay $414.50 in costs.

Juan Pedro, 30, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Pedro was ordered to pay $364.50 in costs.

Larry Isaacs, 59, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Isaacs was sentenced to one year probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 30 days and restricted for 180 days.

Raymundo Botello, 38, Cicero, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Botello was sentenced to one year probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Rigoberto Mora-Salinas, 18, Frankfort, pleaded guilty to illegal consumption, pursuant to a plea agreement. Mora-Salinas was ordered to pay $414 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Abigail Dillon, 22, Walton, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with an alcohol blood level of .08 or more, pursuant to a plea agreement. Dillon was sentenced to one year probation. She was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for 30 days and restricted for 180 days.

Steven Edge, 38, Logansport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. Edge was sentenced to 90 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay 214 in costs. He received four days credit.

Jorany Flores, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Flores was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay 464.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received 16 days credit.

Melissa Santillan, 36, Logansport, pleaded guilty to battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Santillan was ordered to pay $564 in costs.

Jesse Glover III, 31, Lafayette, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Glover was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs. His license was suspended for 90 days. He received six days credit.

Joyce Dubois, 42. Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Dubois was sentenced to 180 days probation. She was ordered to pay $214.50 in costs. Her license was suspended for 90 days.

Jacob Garcia, 18, Logansport, pleaded guilty to battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Garcia was sentenced to one year probation. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs.

Ernesto Bautista, 18, Frankfort, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Bautista was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $164.50 in costs. He was prohibited from obtaining a license for 30 days. He received five days credit.

Lonnie Binnion, 39, Logansport, pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy and stalking, pursuant to a plea agreement. Binnion was sentenced to 200 days in the Cass County Jail and one year probation. He was ordered to pay $314 in costs and complete domestic violence classes. He received 162 days credit.

Darlene Cox, 45, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Cox was ordered to pay $414 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Bryan Titus, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Titus was sentenced to 90 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $464 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received 43 days credit.

Antonio Velez, a.k.a. Antonio Gomez, 35, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Velez was sentenced to 180 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $414.50 in costs. He received 34 days credit.

Daniel Hellyer, 41, Logansport, pleaded guilty to conversion, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hellyer was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received 15 days credit.

Lyndsay Pullen, 24, Logansport, pleaded guilty to conversion, pursuant to a plea agreement. Pullen was ordered to pay $314 in costs and restitution in the amount of $31.64 to Papa Johns.

Susan Hillman, 42, pleaded guilty to battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hillman was ordered to pay $464 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Darius Armon Liggin, 21, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. Liggin was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs.

Cody Denny, 24, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with a blood content level of .08 or more, pursuant to a plea agreement. Denny was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail and one year probation. He was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs and undergo an alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 180 days.

Jacquelyn Rubio, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to check deception, pursuant to a plea agreement. Rubio was ordered to pay $464 in costs.
