Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Charles Ross, 48, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Ross was sentenced to 20 days in the Cass County Jail, 180 days on in-home detention and one year and 165 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received one day credit.

Timothy Malott, 30, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Malott was sentenced to 90 days in the Cass County Jail and 15 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs and undergo drug and alcohol. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for 45 days.

Rusty M. Duckett, 31, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Duckett was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, 60 days on in-home detention and 295 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year.

Andrew Alexander, 28, Anderson, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Alexander was sentenced to 136 days in the Cass County Jail and one year and 44 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and $100 in restitution to the victim. He received credit for 68 days.

Jason D. Campbell, 33, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Campbell was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, 60 days on in-home detention and 295 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for one day.

Gregory A. Fording, 31, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture, pursuant to a plea agreement. Fording was sentenced to 180 days in the Cass County Jail and one year probation. He was ordered to pay $514 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Alicia Brummett, 29, Logansport, pleaded guilty to escape, pursuant to a plea agreement. Brummett was sentenced to two years on probation. She was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and $272 restitution for an in-home detention bracelet.

Roger L. Lough, 40, Logansport, pleaded guilty to recklessness, pursuant to a plea agreement. Lough was sentenced to one year in the Cass County Jail and 180 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs. His license was suspended for two years. He received credit for one half day.

James Langdon, 28, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 30 days on in-home detention on the original charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. The court ordered probation to continue.

Roseanne Clem, 55, Logansport, pleaded guilty operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Clem was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail and 305 days on probation. She was ordered to pay $714 in costs and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation and restitution in an amount to be determined to the victim. Her license was suspended for one year. She received credit for one day.

Joshua Michael Whitlow, 25, Indianapolis, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic offender, pursuant to a plea agreement. Whitlow was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $164 in costs. His license was suspended for two years.

Alicia K. Johnson, 20, Logansport, violated her probation. The court reinstated 90 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of fraud. He received credit for 11 days.

Rodney L. Selph, 54, Waren, Mich., pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Selph was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, nine days on in-home detention and 15 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $560.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received one and a half days credit.

Damon Wallace, 25, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 180 days in the Cass County Jail on original charge of domestic battery. The court ordered probation to restart for six months. He received credit for 27 days.

Robert C. White, 30, Madison, pleaded guilty to conversion, pursuant to a plea agreement. White was ordered to pay $364 in costs.

Douglas L. LaPlante, 50, Flora, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. LaPlante was sentenced to 214 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and restitution in an amount to be determined to Logansport Municipal Utilities. He received credit for 107 days.

Michael Black, 45, Plymouth, pleaded guilty to non-support of a dependent child, pursuant to a plea agreement. Black was sentenced to three years on probation. He was ordered to pay $164 in costs and $21,760.82 restitution to the victim.

Chad Brew, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Brew was sentenced to 20 days in the Cass County Jail and 345 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for one day.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Ashley Miller, 21, pleaded guilty to contributing to delinquency of a minor, pursuant to a plea agreement. Miller was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $464 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Pablo Garcia, 40, Logansport, pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement, pursuant to a plea agreement. Garcia was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Trent Lynn Johnson, 43, Peru, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Johnson was sentenced to six months on probation. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Carol Waldron, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Waldron was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for 30 days and restricted for 180 days.

Cesar S. Sandoval, 26, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sandoval was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs.

Curtis Wayne Lewis, 19, Royal Center, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated causing death, pursuant to a plea agreement. Lewis was sentenced to eight years in the Indiana Department of Correction. He was ordered to pay $364.50 in costs. His license was suspended for five years. He received credit for 29 days.
