Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Levi Osburn, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. Osburn was ordered to pay $364 in costs.

Rex A. Moss, 48, Logansport, pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender, pursuant to a plea agreement. Moss was sentenced to 18 months in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs. He received 178 days of credit.

Alicia Brumett, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Brumett was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail and 355 days on probation. She was ordered to pay $364.50 in court costs. Her license was suspended for one year. She received five days of credit.

Alicia Brumett, 28, Logansport, violated her probation. The court reinstated 60 days on in-home detention on the original charge of theft. She received 10 days of credit.

Michael A. Runyon, 42, Logansport, pleaded guilty to maintaining a common nuisance, pursuant to a plea agreement. Runyon was sentenced to one and a half years on probation. He was ordered to pay $614 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

SirLewis H. Jones, 20, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 90 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance. The court ordered probation to be terminated.

Kyleigh Grauel, 22, Logansport, pleased guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Grauel was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail and 10 months on probation. She was ordered to ay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for one year. She received 30 days of credit.

Christopher Wallace, 23, Logansport, pleaded guilty to maintaining a common nuisance, pursuant to a plea agreement. Wallace was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Jason Lee Cogswell, 23, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Cogswell was sentenced to 14 days in the Cass County Jail, 351 days on probation and 24 hours community service. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and restitution in the amount of $52 to Pizza Hut and $46 to Mike’s Pizza. He received seven days of credit.

David Keith Armentrout, 46, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic offender, pursuant to a plea agreement. Armentrout was sentenced to one and a half years on probation. He was ordered to pay $164 in costs. His license was suspended for life.

Jonathan Bolinger, 21, Logansport, pleaded guilty to maintaining a common nuisance, pursuant to a plea agreement. Bolinger was sentenced to one year on probation and 16 hours community service. He was ordered to pay $614 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Jeremy Piland, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, pursuant to a plea agreement. Piland was sentenced to 180 days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He received 56 days of credit. He was ordered to pay $714 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Adrian Narvaez, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft and resisting law enforcement, pursuant to a plea agreement. Narvaez was sentenced to 20 days in the Cass County Jail, 345 days on probation and 24 hours community service for the first count. He was sentenced to six months on probation for the second count, to be served consecutively with the first. He was ordered to pay $514 in costs, restitution in the amount of $54 to Casey’s General Store and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received 10 days of credit.

Chad Barstone Rentschler, 34, Rochester, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and domestic battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Rentschler was sentenced to one year on probation for the first count. He was sentenced to one year on probation on the second count to be served consecutively with the first. He was ordered to pay $454 in costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and complete domestic violence counseling.
