Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)
Joe Leazenby, 37, Logansport, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Leazenby was sentenced to two years on probation, to be served consecutively with a probation violation on the original charge of robbery, which the court reinstated 85 days on work release.
Daniel J. Fitzpatrick, 37, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia, pursuant to a plea agreement. Fitzpatrick was ordered to pay $189 in costs.
Jeremy Michael Elmore, 32, Monticello, pleaded guilty to two counts of harassment. Elmore was sentenced to four days in the Cass County Jail and six months on probation for the first count, to be served consecutively with the six months on probation for the second count. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs and undergo domestic violence counseling. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim. He received credit for four days.
Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)
Aaron Jones, 33, Lafayette, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Jones was sentenced to 16 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs. He received credit for eight days.
Rhonda Lynn Bahrenburg, 44, Amboy, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Bahrenburg was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for 90 days.
Maria Villagrana, 36, Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Villagrana was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs. Her license was suspended for 90 days.
Kenneth W. Fuller, 50, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Fuller was sentenced to 164 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $414.50 in costs. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for 82 days.
Herbert Johnson, 54, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and invasion of privacy, pursuant to a plea agreement. Johnson was sentenced to 180 days in the Cass County Jail and 18 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $714 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received credit for 83 days.
Gabriela Reynoso, 44, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Reynoso was ordered to pay $364.50 in costs.
