Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)
Justin Jack Olds, 20, Winamac, pleaded guilty to attempted theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Olds was sentenced to one year on probation and 24 hours of community service. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and restitution in an amount of $252.74 to Pepsi.
Wendy M. Wiggins, 39, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Wiggins was sentenced to 16 days in the Cass County Jail, 17 and a half months on probation and 16 hours of community service. She was ordered to pay $264 in costs and restitution in an amount of $50.88 to Marsh Supermarkets and $22.48 to Wal-Mart. She received credit for eight days.
Jeremy S. Leazenby, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy, pursuant to a plea agreement. Leazenby was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail and 10 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $514 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and complete a domestic violence program.
Donald A. Ealy, 47, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 18 months on work release on the original charge of dealing in cocaine. The court ordered probation to be terminated. He received credit for 62 days.
Robert A. Abney, 30, Logansport, pleaded guilty to check deception, pursuant to a plea agreement. Abney was sentenced to 20 days in the Cass County Jail and 160 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs and restitution in the amount of $6.09 to D&J Liquors and $12.43 to McClure Oil. He received credit for 10 days.
Israel Shawn Jones, 35, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 12 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of possession of marijuana.
Allen G. Richards, 33, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic offender, pursuant to a plea agreement. Richards was sentenced to four days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs. His license was suspended for two years.
Jennifer Ann Chapel, 28, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Chapel was sentenced to 18 days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $264 in costs and restitution in the amount of $170.21 to Valero Gas Station. She received credit for nine days.
Marcos Madrigal, 21, Logansport, pleaded guilty to battery resulting in bodily injury, pursuant to a plea agreement. Madrigal was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and restitution in the amount of $1,029.60 to the victim.
Felicia Jackson, 22, Logansport, violated her probation. The court reinstated 60 hours of community service on the original charge of theft. The court ordered probation to continue.
Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)
Omar Martinez, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Martinez was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $464.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.
Jose Mejia, 43, Logansport, pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor, pursuant to a plea agreement. Mejia was sentenced to 12 years in the Indiana Department of Correction. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs. He received credit for 652 days.
Bo D. Ehler, 21, Logansport, was found guilty by the judge of reckless driving and passing in a no passing zone. Ehler was ordered to pay $414.50 in costs.
