Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Kelly W. Ohman, 45, Logansport, violated probation. The court reinstated 66 days in the Cass County Jail on original charge of nonsupport of a dependent child. Ohman received credit for 33 days. Ohman also violated probation on the original charge of pointing a firearm. The court reinstated 66 days in the Cass County Jail. Ohman received credit for 33 days.

Casey Caine Brown, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Brown was sentenced to 24 days in the Cass County Jail, 17 months on probation and 24 hours community service. He was ordered to pay $714 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received credit for 12 days.

Jerry Ward, 22, Logansport, violated probation. The court reinstated one year in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of theft. The court ordered probation to be terminated. He received credit for 112 days.

Gwendolyn S. Liming, 50, Rochester, pleaded guilty to conversion, pursuant to a plea agreement. Liming was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $164 in court costs.

Adam James Baar, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Baar was sentenced to one year on probation and 40 hours of community service. He was ordered to pay $564.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Robin Lee Gohn, 27, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gohn was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, one year probation and 16 hours community service. Gohn was ordered to pay $264 in costs and received credit for five days.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Patrick Lee Keller, 40, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public nudity, pursuant to a plea agreement. Keller was ordered to pay $414 in costs.

Kendra L. Welts, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Welts was sentenced to 90 days on in-home detention. She was ordered to pay $264.50 in costs. Her license was suspended for 90 days.

Aaron Rivera, 29, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Rivera was sentenced to 100 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for 50 days.

Roberto F. Arevalo-Rodriguez, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Arevalo-Rodriguez was ordered to pay $414.50 in costs.

Kimberly Williams, 33, Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Williams was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs. Her license was suspended for 90 days.
