Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Sean A Patty, 27, West Lafayette, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Patty was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, 60 days on in-home detention and 295 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $714 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for 12 days.

Brian J. Hunt, 36, Logansport, pleaded guilty to domestic battery as a habitual offender and interference with reporting a crime, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hunt was sentenced to five years in the Department of Correction for the first count. For the second count, to be served concurrently with the first, Hunt was sentenced to one year in the Department of Correction. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and restitution in the amount to be determined to the victim. He received credit for 333 days.

James M. Marshall, 34, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Marshall was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail, 180 days on in-home detention and one year and 11 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $464 in costs. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for one day.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Angela Burress, 31, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Burress was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for 90 days.

Shawn Tomlinson, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Tomlinson was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Daniel Heath Gregory, 33, Logansport, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gregory was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for seven days.

Regina Barnes, 44, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Barnes was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $664 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

William T. Kummer, 22, Bloomington, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Kummer was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $774.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.
