Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Brian Hatt, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hatt was sentenced to 130 days in the Cass County Jail, 410 days on probation and 16 hours of community service. He was ordered to pay $664 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received credit for 65 days.

Troy Hartman, 21, Royal Center, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hartman was sentenced to 270 days on work release from the Cass County Jail, if eligible, and 15 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $514 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim. He received credit for 13 days.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Neves Flores, 33, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Flores was ordered to pay $414.50 in costs.

Kenneth Shane DeWitt, 34, Logansport, pleaded guilty to false informing, pursuant to a plea agreement. DeWitt was ordered to pay $414 in costs.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Garrett W. Palmer presiding)

Eduardo Tinajera-Hernandez, 32, Indianapolis, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Tinajera-Hernandez was sentenced to eight days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $564.50 in costs. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Ramon G. Montes, 21, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed and no financial responsibility, pursuant to a plea agreement. Montes was ordered to pay $564.50 in costs.
