Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Douglas Sharp, 33, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to non-support of a dependent child, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sharp was sentenced to one year on work release and two years on probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and $15,488 in restitution to the victim. He received credit for one day.

Edward Vogt, 42, Galveston, violated his in-home detention. The court reinstated one year on work release on the original charge of operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic offender.

Mary C. Minter, 36, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Minter was sentenced to one and a half years on probation. She was ordered to pay $714 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Adam S. James, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. James was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs and $75 restitution to the victim. He was also ordered to acquire a GED or complete a diploma recovery program.

Paul Grigsby, 32, Monon, pleaded guilty to assisting a criminal, pursuant to a plea agreement. Grigsby was sentenced to two days in the Cass County Jail and 18 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs. He received credit for one day.
