Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)
Krystal N. Fife, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Fife was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail and 17 months on probation. She was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and restitution in an amount to be determined to Home Depot. She received credit for 15 days.
Paul A. Melton, 40, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 30 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of non-support of a dependent child. Probation was ordered to continue.
Noudeng Nakhammouand, 39, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Nakhammouand was sentenced to 90 days in the Cass County Jail, 90 days on in-home detention and two years on probation. He was ordered to pay $714 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for three days.
Narno A. Santos-Ochoa, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Santos-Ochoa was sentenced to one year on probation and was ordered to pay $214 in costs and undergo domestic violence classes. He received credit for one day.
Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)
Victor Luis Perez Mosetty, 31, Logansport, was found guilty of public intoxication by the judge. Mosetty was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.
Michael Searcy, 36, Logansport, was found guilty of criminal mischief by the judge. Searcy was sentenced to 180 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $189 in costs.
Erip Stepp, 31, Logansport, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass, pursuant to a plea agreement. Stepp was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $464 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.
Reynoldo Martinez, 27, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Martinez was sentenced to 62 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for 31 days.
