Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)
Scott P. Hipsher, 40, Galveston, pleaded guilty to conversion, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hipsher was ordered to pay $260 in costs and $1,000 restitution to Logansport Mall.
Matthew S. Smith, 45, Mexico, violated his probation. The court reinstated the sentence of one year on in-home detention on the original charge of operating while intoxicated, endangering a person.
Michael Borman, 49, Royal Center, pleaded guilty to counts of non-support of a dependent child and operating while intoxicated, endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Borman was sentenced to three years on probation for the first count. He was ordered to pay $160 and restitution in an amount to be determined for past due child support. For the second count, he was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail and 355 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $560.50 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for five days.
Rodger Wisehart, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to residential entry, pursuant to a plea agreement. Wisehart was sentenced to 118 days in the Cass County Jail and 247 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $460 in costs and undergo drug/alcohol evaluation. He received credit for 59 days.
Elijah Helderman, 21, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Helderman was sentenced to 126 days in the Cass County Jail, 16 months on probation and 16 hours community service. He was ordered to pay $260 in costs and $150 restitution to Logansport Municipal Utilities. He received credit for 63 days.
Jesus Azonzo Sanchez, 46, Logansport, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sanchez was sentenced to 116 days in the Cass County Jail and 249 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $260 in costs. He received credit for 58 days.

Joel Sanchez, 20, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating with a blood-alcohol level in excess of .08/70 grams, pursuant to a plea agreement. Glassburn was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail and six months on probation. He was ordered to pay $360.50 in fees. His license was suspended for 90 days.
Garrett Quaglio, 19, Burnettsville, pleaded guilty to burglary, pursuant to a plea agreement. Quaglio was sentenced to two years on in-home detention and two years on probation. He was ordered to pay $360 in fees and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. He received credit for three days.
William Cepeda, 30, Logansport, pleaded guilty to counts of failure to stop after damage to unattended vehicle and operator never licensed , pursuant to a plea agreement. Cepeda was sentenced to 180 days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. For the second count, he was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail, to be served concurrently with the first sentence. He was ordered to pay $321 in costs.
Jeffrey Quesada, 20, Windfall, pleaded guilty to illegal consumption, pursuant to a plea agreement. Quesada was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $360 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation.
Maria Gonzalez, 19, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to illegal consumption, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gonzalez was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $360 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation.
Joshua Quistgaard, 31, Stoudsburg, Colo., pleaded guilty to operator never licensed and speeding. Quistgaard was ordered to pay $385.50 in costs.
Veronica L. Black, 32, Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Black was ordered to pay $460.50 in costs. Her license was suspended for 90 days.
Jericho Esquivel, 31, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Esquivel was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $210.50 in costs.
Domingo Aguilar, 27, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Aguilar was ordered to pay $585.50 in costs.
Brian Hatt, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hatt was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $210.50 in costs. He received credit for five days.
