Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)
Kenneth Dean Legrand, 42, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Legrand was sentenced to 26 days in the Cass County Jail, one year on probation and 16 hours of community service. Eric W. Carter, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to illegal consumption, pursuant to a plea agreement. Carter was sentenced to 24 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $210 in costs. He received credit for 12 days.
Matthew L. Neff, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $210 in costs. He received credit for 27 days.
Todd Glassburn, 45, Logansport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. He was ordered to pay $161 in costs.
