Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Kenneth Dean Legrand, 42, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Legrand was sentenced to 26 days in the Cass County Jail, one year on probation and 16 hours of community service. He was ordered to pay $260 in costs and $132.48 in restitution to Martin's Supermarket. He received credit for 13 days.

Hector Bueno-Barragan, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Bueno-Barragan was sentenced to 94 days in Cass County Jail, 271 days on probation and 16 hours of community service. He was ordered to pay $260 in costs and $62.81 in restitution to One Stop Food N Shop. He received credit for 47 days.

Sarah Campbell, 25, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Campbell was sentenced to 12 days in the Cass County Jail, 18 months on probation and 16 hours of community service. She was ordered to pay $260 in costs, and she received credit for 6 days.

Jeremy D. Henry, 27, Camden, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. He was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, 60 days on in-home detention and 295 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $660.50 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for one day.

Shawn C Bird, 43, Logansport, pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement, pursuant to a plea agreement. He was sentenced to 100 days in the Cass County Jail and 265 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $460 in costs, $3 restitution to D&J Liquors and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. He received credit for 50 days.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Melinda Taylor, 36, Jeffersonville, pleaded guilty to check deception, pursuant to a plea agreement. Taylor was ordered to pay $460 in costs.

Stephanie Zimmerman, 27, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. She was sentenced to six months on probation. She was ordered to pay $560 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation.

Thomas L. Keplar, 71, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. He was sentenced to six months probation. He was ordered to pay $360 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation.

Eric W. Carter, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to illegal consumption, pursuant to a plea agreement. Carter was sentenced to 24 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $210 in costs. He received credit for 12 days.

Matthew L. Neff, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $210 in costs. He received credit for 27 days.

Todd Glassburn, 45, Logansport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. He was ordered to pay $161 in costs.
