Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Timothy Sallee, 21, Galveston, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sallee was sentenced to 14 days in the Cass County Jail, one and a half years on probation, and 16 hours of community service. He was ordered to pay $660 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. He received credit for seven days.

Ryan J. Robinson, 18, Galveston, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, pursuant to a plea agreement. Robinson was sentenced to six days in the Cass County Jail, one year on probation and 16 hours of community service. He was ordered to pay $260 in costs and restitution to all the victims in an amount to be determined. He received three days of credit.

Nathan Baker, 19, Fort Benning, Ga., pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, pursuant to a plea agreement. Baker was sentenced to six days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $160 in court costs and restitution to the victim in an amount to be determined, not exceeding $1,300. Court ordered probation to terminate when restitution is paid. He received credit for three days.

Kyle Huffer, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Huffer was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail and 16 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $260 in costs and $2,679.02 worth of restitution to the victims. He received credit for 30 days.

Joseph Lee Conklin, 20, Logansport, pleaded guilty to failure to return to lawful detention, pursuant to a plea agreement. Conklin was ordered to 120 days in the Cass County Jail, and one year and 245 days on probation. He was ordered to $260 in costs and restitution to community correction in an amount to be determined. Court ordered Conklin to obtain a GED and complete a substance abuse program. He received credit for 60 days.
