Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Jason Lee Cogswell, 23, Logansport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. Cogswell was sentenced to 36 days in the Cass County Jail and 144 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $260 in costs and restitution to the victim in an amount to be determined. He was ordered not to consume alcohol or use drugs while on probation. He received credit for 18 days.

Matthew Lee Neff, 22, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated the sentence of 30 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of theft. The court ordered probation to be terminated.

Nikkolas C. Goff, 19, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated the sentence of 60 days in the Cass County Jail. The court ordered probation to continue.
