Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)
Derrick Burnett, 31, Rochester, was found guilty of public intoxication. Burnett was sentenced to six months on probation. He was ordered to pay $410 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. He received credit for two days.
Baltazar Juan, 24, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Juan was ordered to pay a $250 and $160.50 in court costs.
Christopher S. Barron, 39, Logansport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. Barron was sentenced to six months on probation. He was ordered to pay $210 in costs and restitution to the victim in an amount to be determined.
Pablo Ramirez, 27, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Ramirez was sentenced to 104 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $160 in court costs. He received credit for 52 days.
Randy Hayden, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hayden was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $720 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.
Andrew Crane, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Crane was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $210 in costs. He received credit for 15 days.
Deharte Alten Edmondson, 37, Logansport, pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement, pursuant to a plea agreement. Edmondson was sentenced to 20 days in the Cass County Jail and 11 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $410 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. He received credit for four days.
Alberto Macias, 22, Logansport, was found not guilty of the charge of furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor. Macias was found guilty of open container. He was ordered to pay $310.50 in costs.
Angela Mowery, 31, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Mowery was sentenced to one year of probation. She was ordered to pay $560.50 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for 90 days.
Trent Johnson, 42, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Johnson was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $610.50 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation.
Michael Stevens, 43, Walton, pleaded guilty to battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Stevens was sentenced to 62 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $210 in costs. He received credit for 31 days.
Bobbett R. Cripe, 24, Logansport, pleaded guilty to battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Cripe was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $160 in court costs and restitution to the victim in an amount to be determined.
Willis Ray Kern, 38, Elkhart, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Kern was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $610.50 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.
Lauren Fry, 20, Logansport, pleaded guilty to illegal consumption, pursuant to a plea agreement. Fry was sentenced to six months on probation. She was ordered to pay $410 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation.
Todd Albright, 24, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Albright was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $720.50 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Derrick P. Jones, 20, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated the sentence of 60 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of theft. The court ordered probation to continue. He received credit for one day.
Kita Peankhamhor, 20, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Peankhamhor was sentenced 664 days in the Cass County Jail and received credit for 332 days. Peankhamhor was ordered to pay $260 in fees.
Baltazar Francisco Lorenzo, 48, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Lorenzo was sentenced to 18 days in Cass County Jail and 247 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $260 in costs. He was ordered not to consume alcohol while on probation. He received credit for 59 days.
Michael E. Kutzner, 47, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. He was sentenced to 18 months on probation and 16 hours of community service. He was ordered to pay $160 in court costs and restitution to the victim in an amount to be determined.
Michael L. Martin, 47, Kokomo, violated his probation. The court reinstated 180 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of theft.
James Langdon, 26, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 180 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of operating while intoxicated He received credit for 83 days. That sentence is to be served consecutive to a conviction of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, which meted Langdon 20 days in the Cass County Jail, 180 days on in-home detention and 165 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $560.50 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year starting Jan. 16, 2008.
Matthew Neff, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Neff was sentenced to 176 days in the Cass County Jail and one year and 189 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $260 in costs and restitution to Marsh in an amount to be determined. He received credit for 88 days.
Ramiro Hernandez, 25, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to possession to cocaine and operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hernandez was sentenced to 18 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $760.50 costs, undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days starting Aug. 12, 2007.
Darren Stacy, 41, Indianapolis, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic offender and operating while intoxicated, endangering a person. Stacy was sentenced to one year on probation on the first count. For the second count, he was sentenced to one year in Cass County Jail, one year served on in-home detention and one year suspended on probation. He was ordered to pay $660.50 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for life. He received credit for 112 days.
Pamela Conrad, 42, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, pursuant to a plea agreement. Conrad was sentenced to four days in the Cass County Jail, 18 months on probation and 16 hours of community service. She was ordered to pay $560 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. She received credit for two days.
Autumn Isaacs Young, 33, Logansport, violated probation. The court reinstated 30 days of in-home detention on the original charge of neglect of a dependent. Her probation was terminated.
