Jose Edgar Granado Cisneros, 29, Logansport, pleaded guilty to false informing, pursuant to a plea agreement. Cisneros was sentenced to 34 days in the Cass County Jail and 180 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $160 in court costs. He received 17 days of credit.
Christopher L. Lincoln, 33, Logansport, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Lincoln was sentenced to two days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $410 in costs, undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation and attend domestic counseling. He received one day of credit.
Caleb Urbin Fenstermaker, 20, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Fenstermaker was sentenced to 124 days in the Cass County Jail, 241 days on probation and 16 hours of community service. He was ordered to pay $560 in costs, undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. He received credit for 62 days.
Jerry D. Ragsdale, 47, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Ragsdale was sentenced to 18 months on probation and no contact with the victim. He was ordered to pay $460 in costs, undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation and pay $690 restitution to the victim.
