Police blotter: Tuesday, July 30, 2013

POLICE REPORTS

Friday

7:14 p.m. — Arrest. Michael Franklin, 41, Logansport, was arrested on charges of manufacturing meth, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of meth under 3 grams, and possession of a syringe. LPD.

11:31 p.m. — Arrest. Gerald Eugene Miller, 67, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of battery, as a Class misdemeanor. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

Saturday

3:50 p.m. — Arrest. Lucasbre Isiaha Tyler, 19, Kokomo, was arrested on a charge of battery. LPD.

4:18 p.m. — Crash. Third and Columbia streets. Accident with injuries, a vehicle driven by a juvenile failed to yield to a vehicle driven by Kristen Jones, 30, Logansport. LPD.

Sunday

5:12 a.m. — Arrest. Paul Russell Hudson, 28, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated-endangering. CCSD.

6:34 a.m. — Crash. At 12:06 a.m., an unoccupied Ford Ranger, left in neutral, rolled from the area of Seventh and East Broadway, over the curb and into the library parking lot. 616 East Broadway, and struck the side of the library. Minimal damage and unable to locate owner of the vehicle at the time.

10:18 a.m. — Arrest. Amber Bradley, 30, Peru, was arrested n a warrant for failure to appear. LPD.

10:56 a.m. — Theft. 1400 block of Usher, resident reported the theft of $600 from her residence. LPD.

12:07 p.m. — Theft. Complainant reported his vehicle was entered and items were taken. LPD.

2:28 p.m — Theft. Colainant reported his vehicle was entered and items were taken. LPD.

4:33 p.m. — Arrest. Gail Lynn Willis, 43, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for theft and a probation violation. CCSD.

4:42 p.m. — Theft. 500 block of North Street, juvenile reported his bicycle was stolen. LPD.

7:49 p.m. — Theft. Juvenile requested an officer to the park in reference to his stolen bicycle. LPD.

10:34 p.m. — 3000 block of George Street, complainant reported her vehicle was entered overnight and was missing registration, insurance card, and some loose change. LPD.
