Police blotter, Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013

Monday

8:10 a.m. — Criminal mischief. 400 block of Bates Street. Complainant reported that her garage had graffiti spray-painted on it. Logansport Police Department.

9:21 a.m. — Arrest. Mary Catherine Minter, 40, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of theft. LPD.

11:24 a.m. — Theft. 200 block of 12th Street. Complainant reported the theft of a cell phone. LPD.

12:26 p.m. — Arrest. Jerry Lee Tribbett, 65, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct. LPD.

1:10 p.m. — Theft. 700 block of West Broadway. Complainant reported a theft. LPD.

1:29 p.m. — Arrest. Lisa Sue Tribbett, 45, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed, a class C misdemeanor. LPD.

2:49 p.m. — Crash. East Market Street and Roselawn Drive. Trailer being pulled by Timothy Dearinger, 53, Logansport, was struck by a vehicle driven by Troy Ward, 53, Kokomo, while Dearinger was backing in the travel lane. LPD.

3 p.m. — Arrest. Dana Lewis Snowberger, 36, Delphi, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

6:12 p.m. — Criminal mischief. Little Turtle Waterway. Complainant reported graffiti at two locations along the trail. LPD.

10:30 p.m. — Arrest. Robert Marcus Rogers, 28, Sharpsville, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. CCSD.

11:21 p.m. — Arrest. Jordan Lindsey Bratcher, 28, Logan, was arrested on a charge of assisting a criminal. CCSD.

Tuesday

2:21 a.m. — Arrest. Ashlee Lynn Nichole Rodgers, 21, Walton, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. CCSD.

1:41 p.m. — Assist medics. 406 Georgian Lane. Logansport Fire Department.

3:20 p.m. — Dog bite. 233 1/2 Miami Ave. LFD.

3:34 p.m. — Assist medics. 100 block of West Linden Avenue. LFD.

6:51 p.m. — Assist medics. Bend in the Woods, 1751 Smith St. LFD.
