Police blotter: Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013

Friday

2:46 a.m. — Robert Ryan Fleming, 31, Logansport, was arrested on charges of domestic battery, felon, operating while intoxicated refusal and possession of schedule three drug. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

7:33 a.m. — Crash. Burlington Avenue and Colfax Street. A vehicle driven by Teresa Dexter, 59, Logansport, struck another vehicle driven by Nathaniel Packard, 30, Logansport. Logansport Police Department.

11:58 a.m. — Arrest. Juvenile was arrested at Columbia middle school for possession of marijuana. LPD.

12:33 p.m. — 2100 block of Smead Street. Complainant reported the theft of diabetic medications from his mail order. LPD.

1:17 p.m. — Deharte Dominique Deshau Edmondson Jr., 20, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant of failure to appear. CCSD.

6 p.m. — Steven Robert Henry, 49, Kokomo, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

6:22 p.m. — Crash. 2100 block of East Market Street. A vehicle driven by Daniel Harder, 23, Kewanna, struck a vehicle driven by Jack Sample, 84, Logansport, that the struck a vehicle driven by Carl Sency, 54, Logansport. LPD.

6:41 p.m. Theft. 900 block of Sixth Street. Complainant reported medication missing from his residence. LPD.

11:20 p.m. — Theft. 1300 block of Sycamore Street. Complainant reported that her vehicle was broken into, and change and a bank book were stolen. LPD.

Saturday

7:17 a.m. — Criminal gang activity. 900 block of West Miami Avenue. Complainant reported graffiti on his garage in the alley. Officers observed numerous other graffiti in the area. LPD.

11:01 a.m. — Crash. 204 Mall Road. Allison Burkhardt, 28, Logansport, was backing out of a parking spot at Walmart and hit a pedestrian, Vicki Austen, 61, Logansport. LPD.

2:34 p.m. — Theft. 400 block of Third Street. Complainant reported $300 taken from her purse. LPD.

4:35 p.m. — Arrest. Robert Raxter, 56, Logansport, was arrested on charges of trespass and residential entry. LPD.

11:30 p.m. — Arrest. Sebatian Gaspar Bartolome, 37, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated refusal, C misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, A misdemeanor and public intoxication, B misdemeanor. LPD.
