Police blotter: Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2013

Friday

7:15 a.m. — Darrian Michael Peterson, 19, Kokomo, was arrested on warrants of burglary and theft. Cass County Sheriff Department.

12:10 p.m. — Crash. Michael Keller, 30, Logansport, stated he struck the Cicott Street railroad overpass while going under it with a backhoe owned by Dilling Mechanical, Logansport. Damage was done to the backhoe. Logansport Police Department.

2:30 p.m. — Crash. 18th and High streets. Vehicle driven by Kevin Collins, 26, Logansport, struck a parked 2001 GMC Denali, which then struck a 2014 Dodge Calibre, both vehicles were parked, Tabitha Wright, 30, Logansport, received minor injuries and was outside of the Denali. LPD.

4:03 p.m. — Criminal mischief. 800 block of Erie Avenue. Complainant reported someone attempted to gain entry into a storage container. LPD.

6:21 p.m. — Crash. 240 Mall St. Arthur Hines, 77, Logansport, struck a concrete pole in Walmart parking lot. LPD.

Saturday

12:22 a.m. — Arrest. Nathan Alan Thompson, 18, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of illegal consumption. CCSD.

12:30 a.m. — Arrest. Brayden Carl Wilkerson, 19, Lucerne, was arrested on a charge of illegal consumption. CCSD.

10:57 a.m. — Theft. 900 block of East Main Street. Complainant reported the theft of a television from his camper.

1:10 p.m. — Theft. 3000 block of East Market Street. Complainant reported a unit had been entered and items were taken. LPD.

3:56 a.m. — Arrest. Jeffery Bryan Billeaud, 38, Logansport, was arrested on charges of battery with a deadly weapon, battery resulting in bodily injury, resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and resisting law enforcement. LPD.

5:31 p.m. — Crash. 712 Helm St. Complainant reported a vehicle stuck her vehicle. LPD.

6:53 p.m. — Arrest. Filiberto Quintero, 23, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended prior. LPD.

8:44 p.m. — Crash. 12th and Smead streets. Daniel Delvalle, 34, Logansport, reported a vehicle leaving the scene. Juvenile driver of suspect vehicle was located and cited. LPD.

11:06 p.m. — Arrest. Duane Lee Kelly, 57, Logansport, was arrested on resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, operating while intoxicated refusal, operating while intoxicated endangering and leaving the scene. LPD.
