MONDAY

10:48 a.m. — Arrest. Augusto Juan Diego, 25, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. Logansport Police Department.

12:11 p.m. — Arrest. Dustin Alan Rush, 31, Logansport, was arrested on a court order. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

12:12 p.m. — Arrest. Fernando Barrera Bernabe, 27, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant — reissued. LPD.

4:33 p.m. — Arrest. A 14-year-old juvenile, Logansport, was arrested for theft. LPD.

4:40 p.m. — Arrest. Joy Ann Wuelfing, 58, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of felony battery. LPD.

5:44 p.m. — Arrest. Josefa Cordero-Moreno, 33, Logansport, was arrested on a charges of false informing and operator never licensed. CCSD.

8:45 p.m. — Arrest. David Joseph Hellyer, 20, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. LPD.

TUESDAY

1:45 a.m. — Criminal mischief. 500 block of Fitch Street. A man reported damage to a window on his residence. LPD.

6:15 a.m. — Arrest. Michael Raymond Murray, 28, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated — felony, operating while intoxicated — endangering and disorderly conduct. LPD.

MONDAY

9:46 a.m. — First responder call. 5796 E. 500 South, Walton. New Waverly Fire Department.

3:24 p.m. — First responder call, canceled en route. 1318 Smead St. Logansport Fire Department.
