Police blotter: Jan. 16, 2014

POLICE REPORTS

Tuesday

12:20 p.m. — Arrest. Justin Charles Howell, 31, Fairmount, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

12:43 p.m. — Arrest. Josephine Katheryn Boyles, 32, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended prior. CCSD.

4:57 p.m. — Arrest. Robert Arthur Helderman III, 30, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. CCSD.

5:40 p.m. — Crash. 4000 block of East Market Street. Sara Leeman, 34, backed into a vehicle driven by David Orellana, 18, both of Logansport. Logansport Police Department.

7:03 p.m. — Crash. 3000 block of East Market Street. Michelle Platter, 45, Peru, reported that Blenda Krug, 33, Burnettesville, opened her vehicle door and struck vehicle causing minor damage. LPD.

11:16 p.m. — Arrest. Darcie Elizabeth Donnelly, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. CCSD.

Wednesday

12:11 a.m. — Arrest. Nicholas Wayne Duncan, 24, Walton, was arrested on an out of county warrant and a felony battery. CCSD.
