Police blotter, Wednesday, May 8, 2013

Monday

8:03 a.m. — Theft. Main Street Market, 315 14th St. Police responded to a report of the theft of two greeting cards, a Dove shower tool and a red towel. Logansport Police Department.

2:08 p.m. — Arrest. Charles Bradley Simpson, 29, Galveston, was arrested on court order. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

3:02 p.m. — Arrest. Joshua Allen Carpenter, 27, Peru, was arrested on a reissued warrant of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. CCSD.

3:07 p.m. — Burglary. 500 block of Henry Street. A man reported the theft of a push mower, stereo with speakers and remote, green bicycle, BB gun, hydrocodone and a pellet gun. LPD.

4:14 p.m. — Arrest. James Leon Upp II, 43, Rochester, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended — prior and a Putnam County warrant. LPD.

4:46 p.m. — Crash. 200 block of Tanguy Street. A vehicle driven by Antonio Aquirre, 56, Logansport, was in a collision with a vehicle driven by Catherine Todd, 25, Logansport. There were no injuries. LPD.

5:43 p.m. — Criminal mischief. 600 block of 12th Street. A man reported vandalism to his garage and fence. LPD.

10:09 p.m. — Arrest. Melissa Sue Elpers, 20, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of battery. LPD.

11:54 p.m. — Arrest. Christian Xavier Reynoso, 20, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. CCSD.

Tuesday

12:04 a.m. — Burglary. 800 block of 18th Street. A man reported an HP printer, television, HP laptop with power cord and wireless router stolen from his home. LPD.

5:07 p.m. — Medical, clear on arrival. 678 N. 1000 East. New Waverly Fire Department.

Monday

11:56 a.m. — Medical assist. 4784 Brians Way. Cass County Fire District/New Waverly Fire Department.

1:30 p.m. — First responder. 1900 North St. Logansport Fire Department.

3:57 p.m. — Crash. 600 East and U.S. 24. NWFD.

5:58 p.m. — Medical assist. 2362 W. 150 North. CCFD/NWFD.
