March 17

4:07 a.m. — Arrest. Harrell Dushawn Dawson, 20, Logansport, was arrested on possession of marijuana, minor consumption and violation of probation/petition to revoke suspended sentence. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

Tuesday

9:07 a.m. — Mary Catherine Minter, 39, Logansport, was arrested on court order. CCSD.

10:21 a.m. — Theft. Cass County Ford, 221 Mall Road. An employee reported the theft of a tailgate from a new Ford F250 truck. Logansport Police Department.

12:01 p.m. — Arrest. Elijah David Allison, 29, Kokomo, was arrested on a charge of a probation violation/petition to revoke suspended sentence. CCSD.  

12:09 p.m. — Arrest. Joseph Ray Leazenby, 41, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for in-home detention. CCSD.

12:33 p.m. — Arrest. Terry Lee Iverson, 27, Monterey, was arrested on a warrant for violation of in-home detention. Community Corrections.

12:53 p.m. — Theft. Diversified Credit Union, 631 E. Broadway. A woman reported the theft of a stereo out of a car the bank had repossessed. LPD.

4:35 p.m. — Theft. 3441 Lindsay Drive. A man reported the theft of books. LPD.

6:30 p.m. — Arrest. Christopher Michael England, 25, Logansport, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. LPD.

8:17 p.m. — Arrest. Julius Bell Smith, 44, Kokomo, was arrested on a reissued warrant for invasion of privacy. CCSD.

8:52 p.m. — Arrest. Rebecca Ann Eshelman, 34, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation. CCSD.

Wednesday

1:37 a.m. — Arrest. Kody Allen McDonald, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of minor consumption. CCSD.

1:49 a.m. — Arrest. Kyle William Vladetich, 20, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of illegal consumption. CCSD.

3:42 a.m. — Arrest. Carrie Ann Wooten, 35, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana. CCSD.
