Tuesday

9:01 a.m. — Arrest. Jesus Avila Luna, 71, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

10:37 a.m. — Arrest. Steven Christopher Seals, 36, Kokomo, was arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy. CCSD.

10:40 a.m. — Arrest. Sara Rose Casteel, 28, Kokomo, was arrested on court order. CCSD.

11:48 a.m. — Burglary. 1300 block of Clifton Avenue. A man reported that a small safe, containing nothing of value, was stolen from his residence. Logansport Police Department.

4:46 p.m. — Arrest. David Wayne Nethercutt, 43, Vincennes, was arrested on a reissued warrant. CCSD.
