POLICE REPORTS

Wednesday

11:58 a.m. — Burglary. 1200 block of Liberty Street. Complainant reported the residence was burglarized. Logansport Police Department.

12:27 p.m. — Crash. Montgomery and E. Main St. Vehicles driven by Brian Miller, 40, Kokomo and Jacob Deichman, 33, Logansport, collided. LPD.

11:01 p.m. — Arrest. David Alan Burkhardt, 42, Denver, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated refusal and habitual traffic offender. Cass County Sheriff's Department.

Friday

4:45 p.m. — Crash. Mall Road and E. Market St. Vehicle driven by Brenda Williams, 56, Logansport, backed into a vehicle driven by Heather Billiard, 35, Logansport. LPD.

4:46 p.m. — Crash. 300 block of Burlington Avenue. A vehicle driven by Carolyn Miller, 58, Logansport, collided with a parked vehicle belonging to James Hurst, 64, Logansport. LPD.

Saturday

7:23 a.m. — Non vandalism. 100 block of Fifth Street. While on patrol an officer located a street light pole that had been struck and broken at the base. LPD.

9:57 a.m. — Theft. 2300 block of Spear Street. Complainants reported someone stealing their television. LPD.

11:59 a.m. — Arrest. James Eric Jarman, 35, Rossville, was arrested on a charge of writ of attachment. CCSD.

12:04 p.m. — Burglary. 1200 block of Chicago Avenue. Complainant reported someone entered the residence. LPD.

1:17 p.m. — Arrest. Cory Lee Hughes, 26, Frankfort, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

2:45 p.m. — Crash. 200 block of Mall Road. Cynthia Shively, 54, Logansport, and Clarissa Hillenberg, 36, Logansport, collided. LPD.

4:02 p.m. — Theft. 240 Mall Road, Wal-Mart. Complainant reported the theft of prescription medication from the pharmacy at Wal-Mart. LPD.

10:04 p.m. — Arrest. Adolfo Martinez-Luciano, 34, Logansport. Was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, D felony, operating while intoxicated, A misdemeanor, operating never licensed, C misdemeanor, and reckless driving, B misdemeanor. LPD.

10:20 p.m. — Arrest. Francisco Bartolome Baltazar, 26, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. CCSD.

Sunday

8:17 a.m. — Arrest. Larry Owen Rogers, 56, Royal Center, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.
