Police blotter, Sunday, May 5, 2013

Thursday

7:43 a.m. — Criminal mischief. Dykeman Park, 101 Eberts Road. An employee reported someone threw six picnic tables into the woods. Logansport Police Department.

12 p.m. — Arrest. Tabitha Marie Wright, 30, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of child neglect. Cass County Sheriff’s Department/LPD.

2:03 p.m. — Criminal mischief. 900 block of 20th Street. A man reported the roofing was torn off his garage and the windshield of his vehicle was damaged. LPD.

2:13 p.m. — Arrest. Christopher Paul Maish, 34, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for four counts of recovering stolen property and a charge of theft. CCSD.

3:12 p.m. — Arrest. Michael James Conrad, 37, Delphi, was arrested on a charge of criminal confinement. CCSD.

5:13 p.m. — Arrest. Mark Anthony Bender, 38, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for theft and charges of manufacturing meth, possession of meth, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a syringe. CCSD.

5:21 p.m. — Theft. 2400 block of Park Place. A woman reported someone stole medication from her residence. LPD.

6 p.m. — Arrest. John Vernon Kumler, 55, Logansport, was arrested on charges of manufacturing meth, possession of precursors and maintaining a common nuisance. CCSD.

6:02 p.m. — Arrest. Christopher Kevin Henry, 31, Logansport, was arrested on charges of manufacturing meth, possession of precursors and possession of a syringe. CCSD.

7:01 p.m. — Arrest. Eric Paul Stepp, 35, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of false informing. LPD.

Friday

2:56 a.m. — Arrest. Paul Bernard Knox, 41, Logansport, was arrested on charges of domestic battery, battery and criminal confinement. CSCD.

5:01 a.m. — Arrest. Jennifer Jo Johnston, 36, Brookston, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant for a probation violation. CCSD.

4:11 p.m. — Arrest. Whitney Lynn Keedy, 21, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of battery. LPD.

6:48 p.m. — Arrest. Jason Alan Jones, 32, Peru, was arrested on charges of habitual traffic violator, disorderly

conduct and public intoxication. CCSD.

8:01 p.m. — Arrest. Pasqual Guajardo, 25, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. LPD.

9:12 p.m. — Arrest. Jose Carlos Diaz Mora, 20, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of minor consumption. LPD.

11:54 p.m. — Arrest. Jason Alan Jones, 32, Peru, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. CCSD.

Saturday

12:54 a.m. — Arrest. Eduardo Lopez, 34, Logansport, was arrested on five warrants for failure to appear and a warrant for two counts of domestic battery. CCSD.

2:09 a.m. — Arrest. Cindy Ranniele Ferguson, 32, Kokomo, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. CCSD.

3:38 a.m. — Arrest. Rodney Wayne Clemons, 23, Rochester, was arrested on a charge of possession of a firearm without a permit. LPD.

8:45 a.m. — Arrest. Richard L. Clements, 50, Logansport, was arrested on court order. CCSD.

9:48 a.m. — Arrest. Derrick Wayne Shuman, 26, Bunker Hill, was arrested on a charge of battery and a charge of public intoxication. CCSD.
