Tuesday

8:29 a.m. — Crash. 900 block of Burlington Avenue. Vehicles driven by Shannon Clem, 37, Logansport, and Ryan Kingsley, 34, Michigan, collided. Logansport Police Department.

10:44 a.m. — Arrest. Eduardo Lopez, 25, Logansport, was arrested on charges of rape, criminal confinement, invasion of privacy, domestic battery, a warrant of invasion of privacy and five warrants of failure to appear. LPD.

12:19 p.m. — Theft. 1700 block of Smith Street. Complainant reported someone stole prescription medication from his residence. LPD.

12:28 p.m. — Arrest. Charles Victor Currington, 28, Logansport, was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement, strangulation and battery. LPD.

2:28 p.m. — Crash. 200 block of Sixth Street. A vehicle driven by Ellen Curtis, 75, Logansport, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Daniel Bolinger, 36, North Manchester. LPD.

2:35 p.m. — Arrest. Ivy Terrell Martel, 27, Logansport, was arrested on a court order. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

3:18 p.m. — Arrest. Cheyenne Delane Allen, 37, Winamac, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and a warrant on one count of theft and one count of criminal trespass. CCSD.

4:07 p.m. — Theft. 700 block Lafayette Street. Complainant reported a DS3, three games, and $200 cash stolen from residence in the last two weeks. LPD.

4:09 p.m. — Crash. 1100 block of Michigan Avenue. Jayro Sosa, 21, Twelve Mile, and Jessica Risher, 30, Logansport, were involved in a property-damage accident. LPD.

4:25 p.m. — Theft. 800 block of North Street. Complainant reported unknown amount of medication missing from the residence.

6:20 p.m. — Arrest. Michael Gordon Sutherland, 31, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant of probation violation. LPD.

8:10 p.m. — Arrest. Charles Jay Luse, 40, Logansport, was arrested on charges of manufacturing meth (a class B felony), possession of precursors (a class D felony), possession of meth (a class C felony with a firearm) and visiting a common nuisance. CCSD.

8:26 p.m. — Arrest. Misty Lynn Allen, 24, Logansport, was arrested on charges of manufacturing meth (a class B felony), possession of precursors (a class D felony), possession of meth (a class C felony with a firearm) and visiting a common nuisance. CCSD.
