Police blotter: June 3, 2014

POLICE REPORTS

Tuesday

10:02 a.m. — Arrest. Chandra Fae Warner, 35, Galveston, was arrested on a court order. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

12:04 p.m. — Arrest. Christian Isaiah Collins, 19, Kokomo, was arrested on a charge of sexual misconduct with a minor. Logansport Police Department.

12:26 p.m. — Arrest. Garret Matthew Quaglio, 25, Logansport, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

12:49 p.m. — Crash. Lexington and Yorktown roads. A vehicle driven by a minor, 17, Logansport, collided with a vehicle driven by Mari Montalvo, 41, Logansport. LPD. Logansport Fire Department also assisted with the crash.

1:36 p.m. — Arrest. Maria Montalvo, 41, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operator never licensed and no financial responsibility. LPD.

2:11 p.m. — Arrest. Freddie Lee Sanders, 36, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. LPD.

2:27 p.m. — Arrest. Juan Jose Avila, 26, Logansport, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

3:14 p.m. — Crash. Wheatland Avenue and Vandilia Street. A vehicle driven by Dereck Ulrich, 23, Logansport, backed into a vehicle owned by Jessica Ulery, 37, Royal Center. LPD.

5:17 p.m. — Arrest. Sean Matthew Patty, 31, Idaville, was arrested on a warrant for violation of in-home dentition. CCSD.

7:13 p.m. — Arrest. Judy Lynn Barton, 44, Onward, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. CCSD.

8:59 p.m. — Arrest. Robert Grant Cearing, 28, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, C misdemeanor, leaving the scene, and operating while intoxicated endangering. LPD.

10:44 p.m. — Arrest. Elijah Andrew Helderman, 27, Logansport, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear and a warrant for resisting law enforcement and probation violation.

Tuesday

1:44 a.m. — Theft. 700 block of Bringhurst Street. Complainant reported someone entered the residence and stole cash. LPD.

Monday

11:14 a.m. — First responder call. 500 block of Helm Street. Logansport Fire Department.

5:59 p.m. — Assist medics. 2125 South and 125 West, Tyson’s. LFD.

9:09 p.m. — First responder call. 1407 E. Broadway. LFD.

11:23 p.m. — First responder call. 1710 North St. LFD.
