POLICE REPORTS

Tuesday

12:04 p.m. — Arrest. Tennyson Allen Shipton, 47, Battleground, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

Wednesday

9:31 a.m. — Arrest. Joseph Daniel Townsend, 28, Logansport, was arrested on a reissued warrant. CCSD.

10:24 a.m. — Arrest. Daisy Eva Dann, 44, Battleground, was arrested on a charge of contempt of court. CCSD.

1:01 p.m. — Theft. 800 block of North Street. Complainant reported the theft of a mo-ped. Logansport Police Department.

5:14 p.m. — Arrest. Salvador De La Cruz, 33, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended — prior. CCSD.

6:19 p.m. — Crash. Front and West Market streets. A vehicle driven by Carlos Vasquez, 37, Logansport, collided with a vehicle driven by Scott Pense, 41, Logansport. LPD.

7:11 p.m. — Arrest. Carlos Alberto Vazquez, 36, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. LPD.

7:12 p.m. — Crash. First and Market streets. A vehicle driven by Ruth Patterson, 54, Lucerne, struck a vehicle driven by Christopher Pense, 26, Logansport. LPD.

8:03 p.m. — Arrest. Sara Catherine Leazenby, 34, Logansport, was arrested on charges of residential entry-D felony, burglary, theft-D felony, possession of paraphernalia-A misdemeanor and public intoxication-B misdemeanor. LPD.

9:35 p.m. — Arrest. Justin Michael Ballenger, 23, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of battery on a minor, D felony. LPD.

10 p.m. — Arrest. Travis Lee Simpson, 27, Logansport, was arrested on charges of intimidation, trespass and public intoxication. CCSD.

10:49 p.m. — Arrest. Justin William Chanley, 34, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of resisting law enforcement with a motor vehicle, D felony, public intoxication, reckless driving, criminal recklessness with a motor vehicle, trespass and disorderly conduct. LPD.

6:24 p.m. — Service call, fire safety speech. 2626 George St. LFD.

7:13 p.m. — Dispatched for motor vehicle crash. Eel River Avenue and East Market Street. LFD.

10:01 p.m. — First responder call. 1724 Smith St. LFD.

Thursday

9:25 a.m. — Dispatched for possible gas leak. 430 Fifth St. LFD.
