POLICE REPORTS

Tuesday

8:50 a.m. — Arrest. Kyle Dean Justice, 28, Monticello, was arrested on a warrant for non-support of a dependent. Cass County Sheriff's Department.

10:35 a.m. — Arrest. Jeremy David James, 42, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. CSSD.

11:33 a.m. — Theft. 1700 block of George Street. Complainant reported the theft of a wedding ring from residence. Logansport Police Department.

2:13 p.m. — Arrest. Jonathan Kent Albin, 33, Logansport, was arrested on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Logansport Police Department.

4:16 p.m. — Crash. Logansport Road and Grand Prix Drive. A vehicle driven by Donald Conn, 81, Logansport, struck a vehicle driven by Terry Gather, 48, Kokomo. LPD.

4:28 p.m. — Arrest. Jessica Marie Colbert, 20, Logansport, was arrested on charges of possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and operator never licensed. LPD.

5:12 p.m. — Arrest. Shawn Allan Keller, 18, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of theft — possession of stolen property. LPD.

5:17 p.m. — Theft. Sunoco Gas Station, 436 Michigan Ave. Employee reported a drive off of $20 in gas. LPD.

7 p.m. — Arrest. James Scott Meyer, 24, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of criminal confinement. CCSD.

9:46 p.m. — Arrest. Todd Michael Lebouton, 23, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy. LPD.

9:50 p.m. — Dispatched for smell of gas. 1504 High St. LFD.

10:14 p.m. — Dispatched to assist with smell of gas. 345 McKee St. LFD.
