Thursday

8:37 p.m. — Arrest. Tyler Montayne Dutcher, 31, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

10 p.m. — Arrest. Jack Lee Shoemaker, 76, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated – refusal, D felony, operating while intoxicated endangering, A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, B misdemeanor. Logansport Police Department.

11:09 p.m. — Arrest. Randy Ray Richard, 48, Manchester, N.H., was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated – refusal, D felony, operating while intoxicated endangering, A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, B misdemeanor. LPD.
