Police blotter, Sunday, April 28, 2013

Thursday

8:10 a.m. — Theft. 1200 block of North Street. A man reported the theft of two blankets from his residence. Logansport Police Department.

11:47 a.m. — Arrest. Michael David Gwin, 32, Logansport, was arrested on court order. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

1:43 p.m. — Theft. 300 block of 12th Street. A man reported someone entered his vehicle and stole his military I.D. LPD.

3:45 p.m. — Arrest. Alex Junior Santillan, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. CCSD.

5:16 p.m. — Arrest. Michael Allen Watson, 30, Logansport, was arrested on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. Multi-agency.

5:16 p.m. — Arrest. Joseph Neil Utter, 27, Rochester, was arrested on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. Multi-agency.

6:08 p.m. — Arrest. Lucas Ryan Wilkerson, 30, Monticello, was arrested on a warrant for charges of causing serious bodily injury when operating a motor vehicle, two counts of criminal recklessness and one count of reckless driving. LPD.

8:02 p.m. — Arrest. Darcie Elizabeth Donnelly, 21, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. LPD.

8:08 p.m. — Burglary. 200 block of Humphrey Street. A woman reported the burglary of a leather money folder containing $300, two necklaces, two savings bonds and silver certificates. LPD.

Friday

2:40 a.m. — Crash. Sixth Street and Broadway. A vehicle driven by Michael Conklin, 22, Logansport, struck Victor Dirks, 19, Logansport. Dirks suffered minor bleeding to his head. LPD.

10:29 a.m. — Arrest. Kevin Earl Houk, 49, New Waverly, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

12:20 p.m. — Arrest. Shawn Michael Black, 29, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for dealing in meth. CCSD.

2:46 p.m. — Arrest. Eric Lionel Hickman, 44, Indianapolis, was arrested on a charge of resisting law enforcement. LPD.

3:17 p.m. — Arrest. Steven Kent Bugher, 34, Kokomo, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. CCSD.

3:45 p.m. — Arrest. Hugo Ramos Alejandro, 38, Logansport, was arrested on a reissued warrant for operator never licensed. LPD.

5:58 p.m. — Arrest. William C. Brown, 37, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated-endangering, operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident. LPD.

8:23 p.m. — Arrest. Jessica Marie Butzin, 33, Peru, was arrested and held on a charge from Miami County. CCSD.

10:43 p.m. — Arrest. Jennifer Lynn Collins, 33, Winamac, was arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy. CCSD.

11:43 p.m. — Arrest. Heath Elliott Shively, 24, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. CCSD.
