Police blotter, Sunday, March 24, 2013

Thursday

1:11 p.m. — Arrest. Michael John Augustyn, 31, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of theft. Indiana State Police.

3:51 p.m. — Theft, receiving stolen property. D & R Fruit Market, 931 W. Market St. A manager reported an unknown male removed $10 from a donation jar for a cancer patient. Logansport Police Department.

6:14 p.m. — Arrest. Denise Danielle Leazenby, 32, Logansport, was arrested on charges of neglect of dependent, possession of marijuana, maintaining common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia. LPD.

11:37 p.m. — Juvenile problem. 900 block of East Main Street. A man reported two unknown subjects attempted to gain entry into his vehicle. LPD.

Friday

4:05 a.m. — Arrest. Kyle Dean Sisson, 30, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

11:46 a.m. — Arrest. Amanda Colleen Pearson, 26, Kokomo, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

12:39 p.m. — Arrest. Abraham Bartolo-Felipe, 27, Logansport, was arrested on charges of criminal confinement, stalking, intimidation and operator never licensed. CCSD.

3:11 p.m. — Arrest. Edward Albert Czech, 66, Winamac, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant for failure to appear and operating while intoxicated. ISP.

11:18 p.m. — Arrest. Jose Antonio Vasquez, 44, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended — prior. CCSD.

Saturday

4:13 a.m. — Arrest. Thomas Aaron Wallace, 30, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for residential entry and a charge of criminal mischief. LPD.

7:44 p.m. — Active fire alarm, smoke detector set off by dust. 616 E. Broadway. LFD.

8:37 p.m. — First responder call. 1827 Smead St. LFD.

Saturday
