Police blotter: Oct. 23, 2013

POLICE REPORTS

Friday

3:15 p.m. — Crash. 1000 block of E. Ind. 18, Galveston. Judith Conner, 74, Delphi, ran off the road and hit some road signs and mail boxes. Cass County Sheriff's Department.

4:54 p.m. — Crash. Market and North streets, Royal Center. A vehicle owned by Debra Greenboan, 46, Royal Center, was hit by a vehicle that left the scene. CCSD.

Saturday

10:58 a.m. — Crash. U.S. 24 West of Boulders. A vehicle driven by a minor, 17, Royal Center, swerved to miss a vehicle pulling out of a drive way, and over corrected and overturned her vehicle. CCSD.

12:40 p.m. — Crash. Ind. 29 and 250 South. Vehicles driven by George Elpers, 53, Logansport, and Albert Kalisik, 78, Walbridge, Ohio, collided. CCSD.

Monday

8:23 a.m. — Theft. 200 block of W. Miami Avenue. Complainant reported a bicycle stolen. Logansport Police Department.

9:02 a.m. — Crash. Sixth St. and E. Market St. Vehicles driven by Michelle Howell, 49, South Bend, and Lacee Meacham, 22, Peru, collided. LPD.

9:54 a.m. — Arrest. Randy Ray Stevens, 54, Walton, was arrested on a charge of failure to register. CCSD.

12:21 p.m. — Arrest. Christopher Ryan Sallee, 29, Flora, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

12:53 p.m. — Theft. 700 block of State St. Complainant reported a bicycle stolen. LPD.

1:53 p.m. — Arrest. Ashley Marie Shidler, 23, Monticello, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. CCSD.

2:58 p.m. — Criminal mischief. 800 block of Helm Street. Complainant reported vehicle had been egged. LPD.

3 p.m. — Arrest. Martin Ignacio-Gaspar, 26, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of violation of probation and a court order. CCSD.

3:14 p.m. — Crash. Sixth St. and E. Market. Vehicles driven by Elizabeth LaOrange, 43, Logansport and Darrell Dingess, 43, Royal Center, collided. LPD.

5:27 p.m. — Arrest. Laverna Angelina Jefferies, 53, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated refusal, D felony. CCSD.

Tuesday

2:05 a.m. — Burglary. 5100 block of 600 E. Complainant reported that the residence was broken into and five guns were stolen. CCSD.

Monday

4:44 p.m. — First responder call. Alley between North and Broadway. Logansport Fire Department.

6:09 p.m. — Gas line hit while digging. 815 N. Wall St. LFD.

Tuesday

5:49 a.m. — First responder call. 806 Bates St. LFD.
