Police blotter: Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013

POLICE REPORTS

FRIDAY

12:54 p.m. – Crash. 1700 block of East Broadway. A vehicle driven by Michael Carlson, 69, Logansport, struck a vehicle driven by Chad Geer, 45, Logansport. Logansport Police Department.

7:00 p.m. – Arrest. Zachary Neil Ewing, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of visiting a common nuisance. LPD.

11:25 p.m. – Crash. 9th Street and High Street. Donald James, 57, Logansport, reported a vehicle struck another parked vehicle and left the scene. Officer were unable to locate the driver, but did locate the vehicle. LPD

SATURDAY

8:33 a.m. – Crash. 16th and High Street. Vehicle driven by Betty Simpson, 68, Logansport, struck a vehicle driven by Juan Soriano-Ramirez, 47, Logansport. LPD.

9:41 a.m. – Theft. 700 block of Race Street. LMU requested officer to stand by while they cut power lines to a residence that was stealing power. LPD.

10:03 a.m. – Theft. 2865 E. Market St. Mary Burkhart, 63, Logansport, reported a theft at McCord's. LPD.

2:18 p.m. – Crash. Cicott Street and West Market Street. John Guess, 40, and Floria Henriquez, 50, both of Logansport, were involved in a property-damage accident. LPD.

10:40 p.m. – Crash. 3rd Street and East Broadway. A vehicle driven by Joseph Stetz, 49, Logansport, was struck by another vehicle driven by Kristi Copernoll, 29, Logansport. LPD.

SUNDAY

12:04 a.m. – Arrest. Salvador Sandoval-Jimenez, 41, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. CCSD.

1:08 a.m. – Crash. 500 block of West Linden. Anthony Arzola, 19, Logansport, reported his vehicle and another were struck by a silver Chrysler that left the scene. Officers located the vehicle and impounded it as well for investigation. LPD.

6:04 a.m. – Theft. 800 block of Spencer Street. Ronnie McClory, 41, Logansport, reported someone stole his grill. LPD.

10:32 a.m. – Theft. 200 block of Jefferson Street. Jason Conrad, 40, Logansport, reported someone entered his vehicle that was parked at the address. Conrad reported someone stole prescription medication form his vehicle. LPD.

4:27 p.m. – Arrest. Antonio Guardado, 37, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended. CCSD.

6:30 p.m. – Arrest. Levi Allen Wolfe, 18, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for theft. LPD.

6:34 p.m. Theft. 1305 High St. Osvaldo Casimiro, 43, Logansport, reported someone stole his mailbox off his front porch. LPD.

6:54 p.m. – Assist EMS. 5238 Broadview, Logansport. Cass County Fire District/New Waverly Fire Department.
