Police blotter: Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013

POLICE REPORTS

Thursday

5:45 a.m. — Crash. Ind. 16 and 350 West, Lucerne. Brandon Robert Filbey, 20, Lucerne, rolled his vehicle. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

7:32 a.m. — Criminal mischief. 200 block of Park Avenue. Complainant reported vandalism to company vehicle while it was parked. Logansport Police Department.

2:24 p.m. Traffic stop. 18th Street and Woodlawn Avenue. Semi got stuck on railroad crossing. All train traffic was stopped until semi was able to be removed. LPD.

2:39 p.m. — Arrest. Elijah Andrew Helderman, 27, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of probation violation. LPD.

3:00 p.m. — Crash. 400 block of West Market Street. A vehicle driven by Ashlie Carithers, 22, Logansport, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Marvin Williams, 66, Logansport. LPD.

3:14 p.m. — Arrest. Valentine Sue Hildebrand, 41, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated refusal. LPD.

4:49 p.m. — Crash. Vandalia Street and Wheatland Avenue. A vehicle driven by Tod Nix, 30, Indianapolis, backed into a parked vehicle. LPD.

10:48 p.m. — Theft. 3000 block of North U.S. 35. Complainant reported someone gained entry to a residence and stole a safe. CCSD.

Friday

1:43 p.m. — Arrest. Ty Leon Willis, 36, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of possession of a synthetic drug. LPD.

2:00 p.m. — Arrest. Yuri Benjamin Neumann, 24, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of possession of a synthetic drug. LPD.

2:12 p.m. — Arrest. Jason Alan Ennis, 32, Delphi, was arrested on charges of possession of a schedule 3 drug and possession of a synthetic drug. LPD.

7:00 p.m. — Arrest. Zachary Neil Ewing, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of visiting a common nuisance. LPD.

7:29 p.m. — Arrest. Kayla Marie Lincoln, 18, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of visiting a common nuisance. LPD.

8:12 p.m. — Arrest. Jomal M. Cox, 40, Kokomo, was arrested on charges of reckless possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana under 3 grams and visiting a common nuisance. LPD.

8:23 p.m. — Arrest. Oren Allen Zook, 47, Greentown, was arrested on a warrants for residential entry and invasion of privacy. Galveston Police Department.
