Police blotter: Dec. 5, 2013

POLICE REPORTS

Tuesday

8:39 a.m. — Criminal mischief. 300 block of W. Market. Complainant reported graffiti was painted on building. Logansport Police Department.

9:43 a.m. —Criminal mischief. 500 block of S. Third Street. Complainant reported graffiti spray painted on building. LPD.

10:20 a.m. — Theft. 900 block of 16th Street. Complainant reported two cell phones were stolen. LPD.

11:43 a.m. — Burglary. 547 Erie Ave., Avenue Bar, reported the business had been burglarized overnight. LPD.

5:28 p.m. — Arrest. William Henry Frye, 31, Fulton, was arrested on an out of county warrant. LPD.

5:39 p.m. — Crash. 800 block of N. Third Street. Vehicles driven by Regina James, 38, Logansport, and Oscar Martinez, 34, Logansport, collided. LPD.

6:18 p.m. — Arrest. Cody Allen Tunis, 23, Logansport, was arrested on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, resisting law enforcement and possession of marijuana. Cass County Sheriff's Department.

6:26 p.m. — Arrest. Johnathon Andrew Hatch, 22, Logansport, was arrested on charges of dealing synthetic cannabinoid, D-felony, possession of synthetic cannabinoid with intent to deal, D-felony and possession of synthetic cannabinoid, A-misdemeanor. LPD.

6:56 p.m. — Arrest. Richard Curtis Bookwalter, 33, Logansport, was arrested on charges of dealing synthetic drug, C-felony, neglect of a dependent, D-felony, possession of a controlled substance, D-felony, possession of paraphernalia, A-misdemeanor, and possession of synthetic, A-misdemeanor. CCSD.

9:17 p.m. — Arrest. Kimberly Ann Bowman, 42, Camden, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance. LPD.

9:29 p.m. — Arrest. Debra Jean Casady, 58, Logansport, was arrested on charges of maintain a common nuisance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. CCSD.

Wednesday

1:15 a.m. — Arrest. Nalyn Dachry McGuire, 28, Logansport, was arrested on charges of possession stolen property. D-felony, public intoxication, B-misdemeanor and resisting law enforcement, A-misdemeanor. LPD.

6:41 a.m. — Criminal Mischief. 500 block of W. Market Street. Complainant reported gang graffiti spray painted on building. LPD.
