Police blotter, Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013

— Thursday

8:17 a.m. — Crash. Third Street and East Miami Avenue. A vehicle driven by Linda Lantz, 74, Logansport, was in a collision with a vehicle driven by Dena Gibbs, 40, Logansport. There were no injuries. Logansport Police Department.

10:19 a.m. — Arrest. Shelby Lynne Shafer, 21, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of battery resulting in bodily injury. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

12:29 p.m. — Arrest. David Lee Harris, 33, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of violation of probation/petition to revoke suspended. CCSD.

12:48 p.m. — Crash. 800 block of North Third Street. Rosanne Garrison, 58, Logansport, reported that an unknown vehicle struck the back of her car and left the scene. LPD.  

1:38 p.m. — Theft. 1200 block of North Street. A man reported his cell phone stolen from his residence. LPD.

2:22 p.m. — Arrest. Nancy Elizabeth Gunter, 29, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of violation of work release. LPD.

2:45 p.m. — Arrest. Travis Lee Simpson, 26, Logansport, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear. CCSD.

4:05 p.m. — Arrest. Jose Luis Torres, 29, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy. LPD.

Friday

9:06 a.m. — Arrest. Maximino Sergio, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

9:17 a.m. — Arrest. Ryan Joseph Robinson, 23, Galveston, was arrested on four warrants for failure to appear and a warrant for violation of probation. LPD.

10:19 a.m. — Arrest. Michael Francis Bowman, 42, Logansport, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

12:04 p.m. — Arrest. Mary Inez Wright, 50, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of theft. LPD.

5:17 p.m. — Arrest. Jonathan Tobias Kidder, 21, Lafayette, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. CCSD.

6:11 p.m. — Arrest. Jose Luis Molina, 55, Logansport, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

6:55 p.m. — Arrest. Jose Castillo, 33, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. CCSD.

7:00 p.m. — Anthony Thomas Krintz, 38, Lucerne, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

7:41 p.m. — Anthony Wayne Baxter, 20, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. CCSD.

10:12 p.m. — Christopher Aaron Cobert, 25, Logansport, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. LPD.

Saturday

6:27 a.m. — Justin Eugene Ellars, 31, Flora, was arrested on a class D felony charge of operating while intoxicated and a charge of operating while intoxicated endangering. LPD.

6:58 a.m. — Bautista-Vargas Eliseo, 33, Logansport, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

4:02 p.m. — Crash, repeat. 25 South and 300 South. Logansport Fire Department.

4:10 p.m. — Carbon monoxide check, nothing found. 207 E. Columbia St. LFD.

Friday

11:00 a.m. — Medical assist. 989 North Royal Center Pike. Cass County Fire District/New Waverly Fire Department.

6:43 p.m. — Medical assist. 825 Meadowview Drive. CCFD/NWFD.
