Police blotter, Thursday, May 23, 2013


8:03 a.m. — Criminal mischief. Walgreen’s, 2301 E. Market St. A man reported someone spray-painted the building. Logansport Police Department.

9:35 a.m. — Theft. 1400 block of East Market Street. A woman reported the theft of DVDs from her residence. LPD.

1:05 p.m. — Arrest. Kyle Matthew Robert, 20, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of a probation violation. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

1:24 p.m. — Theft. 3303 Maplewood Drive. A man reported his vehicle was entered and $600 in WIC vouchers were stolen. LPD.

3:37 p.m. — Arrest. James A. Zepeda, 48, Logansport, was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement with a motor vehicle, resisting law enforcement, reckless driving and driving while suspended — prior. LPD.

5:12 p.m. — Arrest. Damien Albert Dolph, 22, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of trespass. LPD.

8:08 p.m. — Burglary. 1800 block of Smith Street. A woman reported a set of keys and medication stolen from her daughter’s residence. LPD.

8:59 p.m. — Arrest. Earl Gerane McIntosh, 41, Buffalo, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. CCSD.

9:10 p.m. — Crash. 3500 block of East Market Street. A vehicle driven by Jeffery Blanton, 57, Logansport, collided with a deer. There were no injuries. LPD.

11:39 p.m. — Criminal mischief. 1400 block of 12th Street. A man reported damage to his telephone line. LPD.




6:35 a.m. —  EMS assist. 3025 Briarwood Drive. Cass County Fire District\New Waverly Fire Department.

8:01 p.m. — First responder call. 1421 Aster St. Logansport Fire Department.

9:33 p.m. — First responder call. West Columbia and College streets. LFD.
