POLICE REPORTS

Thursday

9:07 a.m. — Arrest. Donald James McKinzie, 25, Logansport, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant — Tippecanoe. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

10:40 a.m. — Arrest. Jose Luis Torres, 29, Logansport, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

12:17 p.m. — Crash. 3419 E. Market St. Jesse Elliott, 22, Logansport, on a bicycle, struck a vehicle driven by Todd Bender, 48, Logansport. Elliott was transported via ambulance with injury to arm. Logansport Police Department.

1:02 p.m. — Arrest. Brittany Nicole Smith, 24, Peru, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. CCSD.

3:10 p.m. — Arrest. Jaime Torres-Cano, 40, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. LPD.

5:58 p.m. — Arrest. Christopher Michael Burton, 33, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for burglary and theft. CCSD.

8:53 p.m. — Arrest. Low Feuy Saelee, 24, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated-endangerment—refusal. LPD.

10:58 p.m. — Arrest. Abraham Bartolo-Felipe, 28, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. CCSD.

11:22 p.m. — Arrest. 308 N. Cicott St. A 17-year-old juvenile male, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of minor consumption and resisting law enforcement. LPD.

Friday

12:20 a.m. — Arrest. James Michael Marshall, 38, Peru, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. CCSD.

3:24 p.m. — Arrest. Jeri Casperson, 46, Denver, was arrested on two warrants for body attachment. CCSD.

6 p.m. — Arrest. John Daniel Smith, 34, Fulton, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

9:40 p.m. — Arrest. Sean Matthew Patty, 30, Royal Center, was arrested on charges of strangulation, domestic battery, interference with reporting a crime and intimidation. CCSD.

Saturday

7:39 a.m. — Arrest. Jose Rosendo Reyes-Briseno, 31, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of criminal confinement. LPD.
