Police blotter, Oct. 26, 2012


3:30 a.m. — Crash, Ind. 16 near County Road 1100 West, Royal Center. A vehicle driven by Bruce T. Weese, 49, Royal Center, struck a deer and sustained damage to the front bumper, grill and driver’s side headlight. There were no injuries. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.


7:29 a.m. — Theft, Main Street Market, 315 14th St. An employee reported that three males came into the store and took several cartons of cigarettes. Logansport Police Department.

9:16 a.m. — Arrest. A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested for runaway. LPD.

12:26 p.m. — Arrest. Daniel James Everette, 37, Dayton, Ohio, was arrested on a warrant for theft. CCSD.

2:19 p.m. — Arrest. John Robert Clark II, 45, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of theft. CCSD.

3:48 p.m. — Crash, 400 block of Third Street. A vehicle driven by Megan Keeler, 21, Logansport, was struck by a vehicle driven by Wuilibaldo Zarazoga, 18, Logansport, as Zarazoga was pulling off on an alley. There were no injuries. LPD.

6:31 p.m. —Theft, 1000 block of Clifton Avenue. A woman reported medication stolen from her residence. LPD.

10:53 p.m. — Arrest. Theresita Losa Dieser, 49, Logansport, was arrested on charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct and false informing. LPD.


2:33 a.m. — Arrest. Brandon Michael Magers, 24, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. LPD.

3 a.m. — Criminal mischief, Corner Pub parking lot, 1408 17th St. A man reported that someone pulled out of the parking lot and threw rocks at his car, causing several scratches and a broken driver’s side rear window. LPD.




11:14 p.m. — Possible odor of gas, nothing found, 834 Helm St. Logansport Fire Department.
