POLICE REPORTS

Friday

7:08 p.m. — Theft. McClure Oil, 436 Michigan Ave. Complainant reported an unknown person drove off without paying for $80 in fuel. Logansport Police Department.

Saturday

1:49 p.m. — Arrest. Melibeth Quiador Harrison, 29, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery, D felony. LPD.

4:10 p.m. — Crash. Washing Well Laundromat, 923 N. Third St. A vehicle driven by Daniel Sammons, 33, Logansport, struck the rear door of the business. LPD.

4:34 p.m. — Crash. 26th and High streets. Vehicles driven by John Herd, 81, Lucerne, and Miranda Gotshall, 34, Logansport, collided. LPD.

7:21 p.m. — Arrest. Cristal Zurita, 20, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of resisting law enforcement. Cass County Sheriff's Department.

8:39 p.m. — Crash. 20th and Jefferson streets. A vehicle driven by Tina Mullens, 45, Logansport, collided with a vehicle driven by Jesus Flores, 31, Logansport. LPD.

9:47 p.m. — Theft. 100 block of Seventh Street. Complainant reported the theft of a moped. Officers later located the moped and returned it. LPD.

10:11 p.m. — Arrest. Jose Bohemvlust, 27, Champaign, Ill., was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. LPD.

10:36 p.m. — Arrest. Ernesto Nicolas Sebastian, 22, Champaign, Ill., was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, operating while intoxicated endangering, public intoxication and operator never licensed. LPD.

11:15 p.m. — Arrest. Martin Tomas Nicolas, 24, Champaign, Ill., was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. LPD.

11:48 p.m. — Theft. 1700 block of Erie Avenue. Complainant reported the theft of a cell phone. LPD.

11:55 p.m. — Arrest. Santos Cortez, 26, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. LPD.

Sunday

2:16 a.m. — Arrest. Alberto Martin-Baltazar, 26, Logansport, was arrested on charges of domestic battery, D felony, and resisting law enforcement, A misdemeanor. LPD.

2:27 a.m. — Arrest. Alberto Juan-Martin, 31, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed, C misdemeanor. LPD.

5:34 a.m. — Arrest. James Lee Dishner, 36, Logansport, was arrested on charges of possession of two or more pre-cursors with intent to manufacture meth and possession of synthetic drug. LPD.
